"Jean" is the nickname of our chef Johannes Frankenbach. Because of our ties to France, the French short form of Johannes (= Jean) established itself as a nickname in the family very early and was therefore predestined to give his restaurant its name.
Chef de Cuisine Johannes Frankenbach offers upscale German, French-inspired cuisine. Seasonal and regional dishes and menus complete the offer. Since November 2014 our restaurant "Jean" has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide.
Thursday - Sunday from 6 p.m. (last possible table reservation at 7:30 p.m.)
Sunday 12 noon-2 p.m. (last possible table reservation at 1 p.m.)
Please note that for groups of six to nine guests we offer a reduced selection of the a la carte menu. For groups of 10 guests or more, a uniform menu must be selected.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
