Mainzer Hof (Main building)

The main building in Art Nouveau style, the "Mainzer Hof", features 21 rooms that are very spacious and have amenities such as large desks, WiFi, telephone, cable TV and bathrooms with a shower. Our café, our restaurant "Jean" and the ballroom are also located in the main building.

Some of our garden rooms have access to a Mediterranean roof terrace, which invites you to relax. Our comfort rooms also offer an integrated living room with sofa bed and a balcony, ideal for families. All comfort rooms face the garden. The eleven rooms facing the railway are equipped with special acoustic glazing.

Gutenberg Hof (Annex with A/C)

To expand our hotel, a cozy guest house with great comfort has been added as an extension to the existing main building and features further sixteen rooms (some with a balcony).

The rooms with a view of the garden and the inner courtyard of the building, are generously designed and equipped with cable TV, telephone, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub.

Booking conditions for all categories

• All prices are per night and room. Our breakfast buffet is included in the room price, as is the currently applicable VAT. 
• Please note that our reception is open until 10 pm for arrivals. The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please inform us about your estimated arrival time.
• On weekends between May and Octobre we require a minimum length of stay for two nights.
  
• If you cancel up to 14 days before the  arrival date, we do not charge any cancellation fees. After that, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the agreed room price for the entire booking period. If you do not use the booked room on the day of arrival (no-show), we will charge 100% of the agreed room price for the entire booking period.
• COVID 19 exceptions: In order for the above cancellation rule to be overridden, an official order from the health department, the state or the federal government is required. E.g. quarantine regulation for the person making the booking, travel ban or ban on accommodation. In such a case, we will cancel your booking free of charge, even at short notice.

The city of Eltville am Rhein is a nationally recognized tourist destination. In accordance with § 13 of the Local Taxes Act, it is expected to charge a tourism fee of 2 euros per person and night for leisure stays from July 1, 2021 onwards. The earnings from this contribution are used exclusively for tourism projects, in order to make your stay in the region even more attractive. This concerns the entire area of the city of Eltville am Rhein.
